We are an external non-profit organization dedicated to empowering high schools and their communities through a tailored approach. We focus on assisting girls in developing their self-expression, fostering their individuality, promoting achievement and creativity, providing access to enriching life experiences, and connecting them to valuable networks in their fields of interest.
At the heart of our mission, the 318 VISION program is built on mentorship and offers high school girls the means to unlock their potential for self-discovery and making a positive difference through its six core pillars: VOICE, IDENTITY, SUCCESS, INNOVATION, OPPORTUNITY, and NETWORKING.
Young adults who face an opportunity gap but have a mentor are 55% more likely to be enrolled in college than those who did not have a mentor.
Visionaries are high school students represented by 9th - 12th grade girls who actively engage in 318 VISION programming.
College mentors are active college students who engages with Visionaries as facilitators and mentors during all 318 VISION programming.
Professional mentors are leaders in various fields, including executives, athletes, and entrepreneurs who share their life experiences and are open to establishing mentor / mentee relationships with our Visionaries.
